The buildings' main design criteria was to allow it to be multifunctional and serve the families needs as they changed. As such, the construction has been staged, allowing for greater creativity and reducing budget strain.
Inspiration for the studio was drawn from the clients’ love for Japanese architecture, which is reflected in the timber material palette stained cladding and exposed roof structure. Essential sustainability inclusions of a 5kw solar system, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation and locally sourced materials were carefully integrated.

These spaces are flexible by design, and artfully morph to accomodate varying needs. Meticulously hand crafted, they are both beautiful and functional.

We walk you through the approvals process with trusted local professionals, such as technical drawings, council approvals and securing finance.
PHASE 4
Pricing and contracts are finalised and we begin the building process. We provide you with a clear timeline for delivery and a smooth handover.
